What is crime?

A crime is an action or omission that constitutes an offense that may be prosecuted by the state and is punishable by law. I think the crime is poor people's mistake I understand offender's mind. For sure, they have to do something wrong because of their surrounding. But they have to get punishment and I think punishment is their medicine. They will get it the thing they did is really terrible and they won't do the crime except some psychos.
